Getting SSL error pages when browsing.? - error ssl: nzos_handshake failed, ret

Failure has started today, have worked very well for months. Essentially, a secure site, which has visited https: / / at the beginning gives me an error message stating that the site SSL certificate is not valid.

I get this error in all broweser ... IE, Firefox and Chrome.

I uninstalled Chrome as the latest program is installed on my computer, but still the same error now in IE and Firefox.
Im sure something in the OS and the browser not, as is the case in several browsers .... I also have another computer that is connected to this problem and works very well.
